Interview a Blogger, BlogVlogsEtc | Blog Series

Hello Again!

I would like to start off saying thank you very much to absolutely everyone who took part in my Interview a Blogger Blog Series! It's been running for a few months now and they've been very popular and we've got to know a lot more bloggers that bit better! I have decided to end the blog series as it's had a really good run but I think it's just time to call it a day but before I do I always wanted to answer the questions myself so last but not least, today's blogger is BlogsVlogsEtc (in the words of Adele, hello, it's me). Let's get to know a bit more about me!

1. Tell us something about yourself and your blog?

Hello! I'm Sarah and I'm 23 from Aberdeen, Scotland. I'm engaged to my best friend and together we have a little girl called April, she's 3! I work in a warehouse (oh the glamour) and in my spare time I write my blog, BlogsVlogsEtc which is a Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle blog.

2. How did you get into blogging? Did someone else inspire you?

I actually got into it because of my little brother and an old friend. My little brother introduced me to the world of YouTube and I stumbled across the likes of Zoella. I then decided to start a YouTube channel which I did like 3 videos but then lost all confidence so I decided to start a blog because I felt I could express myself better.

3. What does blogging mean to you and why?

Blogging is an escape for me. I feel like I can be my true self and speak about whatever I want to. I am proud of what I have built up and I really enjoy doing it.

4. I personally have almost stopped blogging so, What keeps you motivated?

I think the blog and twitter community keep me motivated. It's actually really nice seeing everyone's posts and little updates and that kind of gives me a kick up the arse to carry on. There has been times that I have stopped, but I always think I'll come back to it!

5. Name some (one, two or three) of your favourite bloggers and tell us why they’re your favourite?

HannahHearts (shock horror) - I love her photos and her content is really great! She's also such a nice person!
Miel and Mint - Again great photography and great content - I also find her posts really relatable. She's also one of my favourite instagrammers!
Vix Meldrew - I love Vix! Her posts are so damn funny and are straight to the point! I also bloody love her #vixswipes tweet sessions - hilarious!

6. What do you do when you’re not blogging?

I'm probably either working or eating - or both!

7. What are you most proud of when it comes to your blog?

I think I'm just proud for keeping it going. I've been blogging for almost a year now and I don't think I'm going to give up anytime soon! I also really like the design of it - jus' sayin'

8. Everyone has a favourite and a least favourite post, what are yours?

My Favourite post is the one I did about the Go Ape Adventure - it was amazing! Bloody terrifying but amazing - I really want to do it again!
My Least favourite post -  I don't actually want to say.

9. As I’m mainly a beauty blogger I feel like I have to ask at least one beauty question so: If you could only use one kind of beauty product what would it be and why?

Mascara! I have loved asking people this question just to see their answer and they've kind of been across the board but for me it's Mascara. I just feel like it helps open up your face and makes you like awake.

10. What would you say to someone who aspires to become a blogger?

Do it! I have made so many friends through my blog and I think I'm actually a happier person since doing it. Don't pressure yourself either - don't feel like you need to post three times a week. If you can only manage/want to post once every three weeks then do that. Remember that your blog is yours and you should only be doing it to make yourself happy!

Again, thank you to everyone who has taken part in my little Blog Series!! I've loved interacting with you all and I've enjoyed getting to know you all a bit better!!

Usually I end these posts with, 'Come back next Saturday to see who the next blogger is'. Well, come back because you never know, this series might start up again!!

Wanderlust Crush List | Travel

Hello Again!!

I have been wanting to do a little Wanderlust post for a while now especially because Aberdeen's weather sucks so I decided to show you the five places I would love to go to! I haven't actually been on holiday abroad for about 12 years, my last holiday was when I went on a school trip to Toledo in Spain. There's a couple of factors in why I haven't been on holiday - Money, every single penny counts to us and the small fact that I am terrified of Flying! This is a fear that I want to get over but I can't see if happening in a while! But hey - one can dream right?!

The blue sky, the blue sea and the white sand! I'd just love to find a hammock somewhere, have a funky straw in a coconut and get lost in a good book. Sounds good doesn't it?!
The only tall buildings we have here in Aberdeen are skyscrapers, and trust me they're not appealing to the eye. I think I fell in love with New York because of Sex and the City. I'd love to have a Carrie Bradshaw moment and step out of a brown stone in some amazing outfit and a fabulous pair of shoes and wave down a yellow cab! It would be amazing. Also I'd love to grab a Starbucks and have a walk through Central Park in the winter - just like something out of a movie.

Sam and I were actually planning a little weekend getaway to Rome before we had April but we just forgot all about it. I'd love to visit the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps (just like Lizzie did in the Lizzie McGuire movie - remember that?!)
You know the saying, 'A picture speaks a thousand words' (or something like that) well this photo explains why I want to go to Iceland - the Northern Lights. They just puzzle and amaze me at the same time.

San Francisco! I feel like all of my dream places have something to do with films that I watched when I was younger and I fell in love with San Fran when I watched The Princess Diaries! The houses look really cute and I really want to see the iconic hilly streets and the Golden Gate bridge!

There is the five places that I'd love to go to - they are definitely going to go on my Bucket List (when I eventually get round to writing one). Have you been to any of these places before? What's n your Wanderlust Crush List?

My Favourite Instagram Accounts!

Hello Everyone!!

Hope you're all well! I wanted to do a little appreciation post so below are my favourite six Instagram accounts! I love every single one of these accounts for different reasons (that I will touch on) so hopefully you love them just as much as I do!

I love Tamz's Instagram - it's full of bright colours and amazing marble flat lays. She also posts heaps of beautiful makeup lust-haves and the odd burger (oh yes). I also love that almost every Friday she has a Fri-YAY post! So if you're looking for that dreamy beauty Instagram then look no further!

Nadia's account is the one I go and look at if I want to see blue skies and blue seas! She's a UK, Jetsetter and Expat. Also a flatlay queen - her photos are always beautiful! (that hot chocolate looks amazing!!)

I am a massive fan of stationary and the Lazy Pencil Company has some of the best I've seen - they also have some of the most beautiful prints! I can't wait till payday comes round because I need some of these on my office wall - I just want everything!

Fran's Instagram is goals - that's all I can say! Fran is a London blogger and she posts great looking food, great looking makeup and great destinations! Those pancakes with bacon look so delicious and I love how she made friends with this little squirrel and felt like a disney princess - who wouldn't?!

I love Kate's instagram and vlogs - I'm obsessed. I don't even know where to start, she's the boss of tiles, I mean just look at her bathroom floor and her kitchen wall tiles! I couldn't not have included her account because I love every photo she posts! The way she's done the flat lay with her nail varnishes is just so appealing to the eyes!

Last but by no means least is Hazel's account. As you can see from the photos above, her Instagram is beautiful. How cute are these biscuits?! I really want to make them. She's got such a good eye for a great photo! This is also such a dreamy account, wherever those beach huts are - I want to go!

So they are my favourite six Instagram Accounts. If you're not already following them then what have you been doing with your life?!?

Interview a Blogger, Laura Gale | Blog Series

Hello Again!

Today's post is a little bonus Interview a Blogger post because there wasn't one yesterday so today's blogger is the lovely Laura Gale! Laura's blog is full to the brim of makeup and fashion along with some great advice and lifestyle posts! Let's get to know more about Laura and her blog!

1. Tell us something about yourself and your blog?

I'm a final year law student, and my blog was born in May 2015 as a result of me feeling constantly stressed out about uni and my career options. I was in desperate need of a creative outlet; blogging was the obvious answer for me, since I love to write and have been reading other people's blogs for yonks!

2. How did you get into blogging? Did someone else inspire you?

Yes! I was totally inspired by Charlie (www.chrwrd.com). I had no idea she was a blogger until she updated her Twitter bio to include a link to her blog. Charlie and I went to the same college (way back when) and I thought it was so cool that I knew of somebody who was into blogging. I saw the Bloglovin' widget on her blog and signed up and claimed my own blog straight away, and from there I discovered so many of the blogs I know and love today, which provide me with a constant stream of inspiration!

3. What does blogging mean to you and why?

Blogging means a lot to me because it's something that's just for me. It sounds selfish, but I really enjoy having something kept so separate from my 'real' life, which consists of legal studies, work placements and twenty-five hours a week working in retail. I'm a total control freak, so an on-going solo project like my blog suits me to a T! I also love the good vibes amongst the blogging community. Everybody is so lovely and supportive... a bit like the drunk girls you meet in club toilets, except bloggers are genuinely that friendly the whole time, ha!

4. I personally have almost stopped blogging so, What keeps you motivated?

I imagine this will be controversial, but the thing that keeps me going is the (slow) stream of collaboration offers from brands. There's a popular misconception regarding bloggers, that we're all 'in it for the freebies,' but this couldn't be further from the truth. The 'freebies' are nice, don't get me wrong, but the reason I really look forward to those emails landing in my inbox is the immense sense of achievement that accompanies them. I still can't help but think 'they must have made a mistake, do they really want to work with me?!' I just light up when I realise: they really think that my blog and I are worthy!

5. Name some (one, two or three) of your favourite bloggers and tell us why they’re your favourite?

I love both Alina (Beauty With Charm) and Renata (Speaking Beauty UK). I've watched both their blogs and their skillsets develop; they're amazing bloggers, yet so humble and genuine! There are plenty of blogs I love, but I think the best bloggers are those who stay grounded, even when they reach new levels of success.

6. What do you do when you’re not blogging?

When I'm not blogging, I'm usually studying or working. I'm also a box set junkie though, and I'm currently addicted to Prison Break and The Walking Dead.

7. What are you most proud of when it comes to your blog?

I'd say I'm most proud of my blog design. I can't take much credit for it, since it was designed by the lovely Serena! I feel like it's what makes me stick out from the crowd a little, since there are so many monochrome blogs out there (not that there's anything wrong with monochrome, mind)

8. Everyone has a favourite and a least favourite post, what are yours?

Do they?! I'm not too sure on mine! I haven't quite conquered the photography aspect of my blog yet, which is why I feel I don't yet have a post that I absolutely love. Ive just purchased my first ever DSLR though, so I'm working on it! I think my least favourites are all fashion related, as I feel like such an amateur writing them.

9. As I’m mainly a beauty blogger I feel like I have to ask at least one beauty question so: If you could only use one kind of beauty product what would it be and why?

I think it would have to be an eyebrow product. A good skincare regime will mean you can skip on the foundation, and I'm not too fussed about my lashes, but I really notice the difference when I go without my ABH dipbrow... I feel so self-conscious without my power brows! They just frame my face and make me look so much more put together!

10. What would you say to someone who aspires to become a blogger?

If you want to do it, do it! Don't think twice about what anyone else would say. I think the people who were sceptical when I told them I wanted to start a blog are the same people who are now envious of some of the opportunities it's brought me! Blogging is beneficial in so many ways: it's extremely therapeutic, it improves your skillset and it looks great on your CV! Go for it.

A massive thank you to Laura for taking part, it's been great having you!

Come back next Saturday to see who the next blogger is.

Interview a Blogger, Louise Jones [insert here] | Blog Series

 Hello Again!

Apologies for there not being a 'Interview a Blogger' post last Saturday so to make up for it I have decided to post one today and one tomorrow! So today's blogger is Louise Jones and her blog is [insert here] - and it is dedicated to reviewing the best in bad seasonal movies! I'd also like to congratulate Louise on being a finalist in the UK Blog Awards! So let's get to know more about Louise and her blog! -

1. Tell us something about yourself and your blog?

An [insert here] for Christmas reviews the best- and the worst- of straight to TV movies. ABC Family, Hallmark, Lifetime: you name the channel, I'm bound to have seen at least ten of their films. It's not just the holiday season without a whole host of kinda creepy looking Santas, shabbily dressed elves, and child actors who look directly down the camera lens. Rated from 1 star (Ho) to 3 stars (Ho Ho Ho), this blog lets you know which are cheesy masterpieces and which movies who should leave unwatched on your TV library. But bad films are for life, not just for Christmas- that's why I've also reviewed a whole host of Easter, Valentine's, Halloween and Mother's Day films as well. That's why the title and colour scheme changes every now and then. There are turds of the golden screen at every turn- I just let you know which are polished and which stink.

2. How did you get into blogging? Did someone else inspire you?

I really like watching stuff like JonTron and Red Letter Media videos on Youtube. They review really terrible stuff and just tear into that, and it kind of reminded me of watching bad Christmas films over the holidays during university. Then when I graduated I had all this free time and I knew all of these terrible seasonal movies inside out- so I thought I'd give it a shot.
3. What does blogging mean to you and why?

Blogging means I have a platform to write and I get to cultivate my own writing style. I review for quite a lot of different publications, as well as doing a lot of writing for work, so the majority of the week I'm writing to a house style. When it comes to An [Insert Here] I can be at my most honest and funniest, and I try out a couple of new things here and there to see if they work. It's really good to get an idea of what I'm good at writing and what I like writing. I want to do this as a full-on career one day, and you've gotta start somewhere- so why not start on your own site?

4. I personally have almost stopped blogging so, What keeps you motivated?

For me, I just can't keep away. Because I review seasonal movies I get a bit of a "summer holiday", ie the period between Father's Day and Halloween, where I'm not reviewing- but during this time I'm always on the lookout for crap films. My friends and boyfriend know I do this so I get texts like "I've found a film called The 12 Dogs of Christmas 2" or "I saw a DVD called Pup Idol" and I'll add those to my list. Knowing that I'm becoming this Queen of Crap to my friends is motivation enough. Is that lame? Probably.

5. Name some (one, two or three) of your favourite bloggers and tell us why they’re your favourite?

I love Theatrefullstop, who are this brilliant theatre review site. They only started a couple of years ago and they're award-winning already- plus they offer listings and interviews on the side so it's a really good, comprehensive, one-stop shop kind of theatre blog

I'm also a big fan of York on a Fork- in a perfect world I'd be a food critic as well as reviewing bad films because I think those are two of my favourite things. It's a really nicely written blog, I just scroll through review after review. I'm not rich enough to eat at restaurants every day so it's like living vicariously through this lucky bugger who gets to go eat things and then have an important opinion about food.

6. What do you do when you’re not blogging?

I'm big on books. I'm like a weird book Luddite, because I really hate the feel of a Kindle in your hands as opposed to a weighty hardback. I got a whole load of books for Christmas and they've all been read now. Getting through my reading stash is how I unwind. I also enjoy comedy- watching, reviewing, writing or performing. I'm planning to go perform at the Edinburgh Fringe again this year- it's one of those things I've done for the past 4 years and now can't imagine not doing.

7. What are you most proud of when it comes to your blog?

Well it just got shortlisted in the UK Blog Awards 2016 so I'm pretty proud of that! I really like the fact that I know people come back to read more. I'll notice the same people coming back in my stats and that makes me really happy to know that if these people (very clever people who I admire for their taste in blogs) fancy a laugh, they can hit me up.

8. Everyone has a favourite and a least favourite post, what are yours?

I think my favourite blog post is this review of A Fairytale Christmas (or Christmas Belle), which I just remember being such a letdown of a film! It's a super cheesy adaptation of Beauty and the Beast and I really went to town denouncing all the nonsense that goes on in those 90 minutes.

I don't really have a least favourite blog post- if I had to choose I'd probably say my review of Christmas Gifts, just because it was such a boring film! I felt totally drained after watching it so I feel like I didn't get a chance to really go for it with explaining why it was bad. It was just terrible.

9. As I’m mainly a beauty blogger I feel like I have to ask at least one beauty question so: If you could only use one kind of beauty product what would it be and why?

I think it's a toss-up between my No. 7 concealer (I was one of those people who never got spots in high school but one or two have caught up with me now, boo) and my favourite Lancome lipgloss- it's the lazy woman's day to do that day-night transformation, and I am that lazy woman. It's simple whilst not looking like I just ran out of the house- which is the perfect crime because odds are I did just run out of the house.

10. What would you say to someone who aspires to become a blogger?

Sit down with a cup of tea and a notepad and figure out what's going to be unique about your blog. It sounds like really rote advice but it is so important- I've tried to do blogs in the past that have fizzled out because they just blended into the crowd so easily. That, and make sure you enjoy writing regularly. If you post often enough and you can sum up your blog in one sentence, you could go really far!

Thank you so much to Louise for taking part - it's been great getting to know more about you and your blog!!

Come back tomorrow to see who the next blogger is!

Product of the week | Collaboration with Hannahhearts

Hello Again!!

It's that time of the month where Hannah from Hannahhearts and myself talk about our product of the week!! Be sure to check out Hannah's post, I really want to try out the foundation that she has been loving!!

My product of the week has been one of MAC's matte lipsticks in the shade Whirl! I actually bought this in a mini MAC haul at the start of the year and when I saw this shade I was a little terrified because I'm not a lipstick wearer and this is quite dark but honestly I have grown to love it! If you're looking for that 90's grunge, browny nude shade then look no further! As its a matte lipstick it lasts quite long on the lips which maybe makes you think it would be drying but it's actually really creamy and hydrating - I just love it!!

Here's a little photo of me wearing Whirl.

So if you're looking to try a new lipstick why don't you give Whirl, a whirl!!
(yeah I know, sorry, couldn't resist).

Thanks for reading my post about my product of the week, go check out Hannah's.

What's been your most loved product recently?

Let's have a chat about Feminism!!

Hello Again Everyone,

I have been wanting to voice my opinion on something but I've been holding back because I'm scared in case there is backlash because of it. But after a night of listening to Hilary Duff and chatting to Charlotte (who is very lovely by the way, check out her blog!!) I decided just to do it because like Charlotte said her blog is her space and mine is mine!

So Feminism! That's what I want to talk about!

I have seen this as a very 'touchy' subject to speak about and I have found myself typing up tweets but then deleting them because I've seen how protective people are about this subject. It is spoken about on the Internet and on Twitter every single day and I just want to say right now that everyone is entitled and have the right to their own opinions - the world would be a very boring place if everyone thought the same thing!! Sometimes though, other people don't want to even listen to an opinion which is different from their own and that is really sad! I think it is seen as being really 'trendy' these days to call yourself a feminist and I think a main factor is the celebrities that are feminists - of course if Beyoncé says she's a feminist then hundreds of people will say they are too - that's just the generation we live in - It's the latest bandwagon! But what I have been seeing more and more recently  which is really getting my goat is the 'feminists' that are bringing down men. Now I am a woman, but I'm not a feminist. Yes I think genders should be treated equally, of course I do and yes, I know women aren't treated fairly and that is not right! But, why put men down and belittle them to make women be greater?!

A lot of feminists say that men are sexist and I know there is a hell of a lot of sexist men out there (Christ I work in a warehouse where there's about 60 men and about 6 women) but there is also a lot of sexist women out there! Basically the point in this very rambling post (apologies) is let's be equal, let's cheer each other on! All men and women should encourage each other, and if you want to be a feminist then good on you, honestly, just don't hate on men while doing so.

Again, in the words of Beyoncé, 'who run the world?' Girls can! Boys can! We can actually do it together.

Now I would love to hear your opinion on this, I can listen to all opinions, feminists are welcome! Please don't take this as a hate post against all Feminists because it's not, I think it's great that you've got some fight in you!

Water is Important, Drink more! | Review of the Original Aquatiser

Hello Again,

I've recently been trying to have a healthier diet (even though it's been easter and there's been chocolate eggs everywhere) and a major part of trying to change is cutting out a lot of fizzy drinks! Now I know how important water is in diet but to me I've always found it a chore drinking it because it doesn't taste all that exciting which I think a lot of people have the same opinion - so I introduce to you, the Aquatiser Original!

Now let me give you a bit of the background of the Aquatiser! It all started when Charlotte was studying health and nutrition and she realises that big changes needed to happen to make the nation be more aware of what being 'healthy' consisted of. Their purpose is to support our healthy lifestyle. So using the Aquatiser helps you drink more water and help with your 5 a day! It makes it enjoyable!

This is the Original Aquatiser (more colours than pink are available) and it's only £15.99 which is so affordable for what there is and you can also purchase ice balls and cooler bags. I'm going to talk you through the different parts that puts it all together.

First of all the original is made from plastic (the pink parts) and glass which means you have have both hot and cold drinks in it. I have only had cold drinks but this would be great for any flavoured tea! Here I have my Aquatiser alL ready to go, today I'm going to have strawberries and grapes but you can literally have anything, mango, sprig of mint - anything!

The Aquatiser is mainly three parts - The Top Container - The Juicers - The Bottom Container.

In the top container you can add in larger pieces of fruit and even ice, you can buy this little silicone ice ball from the website for only £2.99 and you can just add in water through the top hole or you can even add fruit and then add water.

The Juicers (the pink parts) these actually come apart, there's a large juicer and a small juicer. The large juicer adds instant flavour and acts like a filter to keep the fruit in the bottom container. The small juicer compresses the produce (because you don't just have to use fruit, you can use vegetables too) and extracts the flavour.

The bottom container is where you can put larger pieces of produce and then the small juicer helps infuse this with the water.

Then ta-daa, you have nice flavoured water to take with you which will help you stay hydrated though the day and helps you have some of your 5 a day. If you don't fancy eating the produce after you've finished the water you could add either the fruit to a smoothie or the veg to soup!

Overall I have loved using my Aquatiser, I've taken it to work every day and it's taken my mind off of the fizzy drink vending machine. It's light weight, easy to use and easy to clean.

If you're wanting to try and make changes then I really do recommend the Aquatiser it does help you drink more H20, there's even an Aquatiser Sport for the more active! There's also some different recipes if you're struggling to decide on what to have!

Thank you to Charlotte for sending me this product to review!

*All opinions are my own - If I didn't like something, I wouldn't say I did.

March Favourites

Hello Again,

It honestly feels like just last week that I was doing my February Favourites but it's not, so here are my March Favourites.

I'm going to start with Beauty as let's be real, it's my favourite thing to talk about. Something I have been using all month and I think it was actually in my February favourites but oh well, it's the Liz Earle cleanse and polish. I'm not going to bang on and on about this as I have spoken about it my it's cleared my skin up so nicely so yes, it's a thumbs up from me! (if you do want to read about me banging on about this check out my review here).

This month I have two favourites that were actually in March's Glossy Box and they are the Hey Honey Good Morning Face Serum and the 504 Large Angled brush fro Luxie! I have been using the hey honey serum under my makeup almost everyday and I love that it leaves my skin feeling super soft. The Luxie brush has been ideal for blending in my cream highlighter, it's so soft and hasn't shed at all. My last beauty item that has been a favourite this past month is this beautiful light pink blush from Loreal. It's in the shade Radiant Rose and it's super pigmented (honestly, I went to town with this one day and looked like coco the clown's missing sister) so I do recommend just a little on your brush to give you a nice natural flush to the face.  It's also got little specs of glitter in it so it's perfect if you want to look radiant.

Another favourite this month has been my flower necklace from Cath Kidston. Sam bought me this for my Christmas two years ago and I hardly ever wore it, but I found it in a drawer in my house a few weeks ago and I just started wearing it again. It is however missing a flower because one of the clasps broke but I manage to take that away and put the necklace back together. I have also been loving the fact that the sun has been making an appearance recently (ok for about five minute periods at a time but it's still better than it has been) so I love that the shops are all filled with colourful tulips.

And then we have mini eggs. They kind of speak for themselves (mmm mini eggs).

Another favourite has been this little fluff ball called Atlas. He's now 9 weeks old and he's super duper cute!

My last favourite of the month has to be my experience at Go Ape, Crathes Castle. We were harnessed in and were climbing and swinging through the trees. It was such a good experience but I realised I had a fear of heights, but I would actually do it again! If you want to hear more about it check out my post dedicated to it: HERE.

So they are all my favourites for the month of March. I have been super busy blog wise this month, blogger meet ups and events so I'm excited to see what April has in store! What's been your favourite things in March?

Interview a Blogger, HannahHearts | Blog Series

Hello Again!

Welcome back to my Interview a Blogger Series! Today's blogger is Hannah from HannahHearts! Hannah is one of the very first bloggers I came across and she's been so lovely! Let's get to know her some more ...

1. Tell us something about yourself and your blog?

Hello! I’m Hannah and I blog over at www.hannahheartss.co.uk where I talk about all things beauty and lifestyle. I am such a big fan of all things beauty so having a blog and talking about beauty was a perfect fit. I absolutely love bunnies and have two of my own.

2. How did you get into blogging? Did someone else inspire you?

I started my blog three years ago after a couple of failed attempts but this time it stuck and here I am! I think at the time I was obsessed with Zoella's blog and was a long time reader even before her YouTube career. I remember I had read a post from Sprinkle of Glitter about her hair history and it inspired me to do my own so that night I wrote it and published it and I am still going today!

3. What does blogging mean to you and why?

It's my hobby and I love the social side of things. I really enjoy interacting with other bloggers on Twitter and have made some great friends though my blog.

4. I personally have almost stopped blogging so, What keeps you motivated?

I keep myself motivated reading other blogs and coming up with ideas weeks in advance, if I didn’t do this I honestly think I would have stopped blogging a long time ago. I like to keep a note in my phone with a list of ideas so I always have something to fall back on. If I come up with a good idea, I will always write it down because I know I will end up forgetting it within an hour.

5. Name some (one, two or three) of your favourite bloggers and tell us why they’re your favourite?

I am obsessed with;

Stephanie: http://missstephanieusher.blogspot.co.uk her photography skills are incredible and I love her reviews.
Jaina: http://whichbeautyboxuk.com Again, amazing photography and its one of the only blogs that I will actually read every single post. I am always left wanting to order all of the beauty boxes!

6. What do you do when you’re not blogging?

When I’m not blogging I am usually binge watching Dance Moms or Netflix. Or reading a chick lit book, I really love Laura Barnards books in particular The Debt & the Doormat series.

7. What are you most proud of when it comes to your blog?

I am most proud of my blog in general, I never thought it would turn into what it has now. I was in a magazine last year on a beauty panel because of my blog which made me so happy and proud.

8. Everyone has a favourite and a least favourite post, what are yours?

This is so difficult!! My favourite post I have written recently would have to be http://www.hannahheartss.co.uk/2015/12/20-favourite-blogs-of-2015.html I love sharing the love.

9. As I’m mainly a beauty blogger I feel like I have to ask at least one beauty question so: If you could only use one kind of beauty product what would it be and why?

How I am meant to choose just one!! I would have to go with Mascara because I am never complete without some fake looking lashes. I would have to go with Benefit They’re Real even though it is a pain to remove, it gives my lashes crazy length!

10. What would you say to someone who aspires to become a blogger?

Just be yourself and don’t follow suit or copy others content. If your starting for the PR samples, it will show. Start a blog because you want to write about something your passionate about.
